Our products may be produced on demand after an order is placed. This means that products may be printed or prepared specifically for individual customer orders.

4. Product Sizes

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.

Please carefully review the size chart provided on the relevant product page before purchasing.

Because our products may be printed on demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges solely because the customer selected the wrong size.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

Where applicable, taxes and other applicable charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including errors caused by technical or system issues.

If an order has been placed at an incorrect price due to an obvious error, we may contact you regarding the order or cancel the order and issue an applicable refund.

6. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted for fulfillment.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances such as:

Where Cash on Delivery is available, customers agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information and accept delivery of the order.

Repeated refusal to accept COD orders, providing false contact information, or intentionally placing fraudulent or fake orders may result in the suspension or restriction of COD availability for future orders.

We may limit or disable COD for certain locations, products, order values, or customers.

9. Order Cancellation

Because our products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

We ship orders to the locations supported by our website and delivery partners.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply where permitted.

For COD orders, repeated refusal or non-acceptance of orders may result in COD being disabled for future purchases.

Because many of our products are made and printed on demand, we generally do not accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect product selection.

is owned by or licensed to The Pind Threads unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a product from The Pind Threads does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights in the artwork or design printed on that product.
